TWO BAKERS' DESSERT INSPIRATION
We pay homage to the culture, heritage and roots of Singapore through our desserts. Singapore's local flavours are diverse, rich and vibrant, reflecting our country's melting pot of cultures and cuisines. This became the inspiration for our dessert menu, where French techniques meet familiar Asian flavours.
Using sophisticated French culinary methods, we invite you to rediscover both global and Singaporean tastes in a whole new light. Our Strawberry Shortcake revitalises the classic with layers of vanilla chiffon, fresh strawberries and strawberry compote—simple yet sublime. The Kopiko, meanwhile, celebrates our coffee culture with white chocolate mousse and 60% dark chocolate ganache layered over coffee-infused chiffon.
Through these creations found in our Omakase Dessert Box, we're preserving Singapore's culinary heritage while pushing boundaries. The black sesame in our Zen cake adds earthy depth to matcha chiffon, while the gula melaka in our Kueh Kosui gets a modern twist with coffee notes. Each dessert tells a story—of tradition, innovation, and most importantly, deliciousness.

And for something refreshing, the Yuzu Lemon Tart balances Japanese yuzu's bright acidity with sweet meringue.
