That was what brought our co-founders, chef Jessica and Erica to the delicate world of French cuisine. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and honed under the guidance of experienced chefs, the masterful craftsmanship and exquisite quality of Two Bakers are entwined in a profound passion for French pastries and culinary delights. Simmering over time, this developed into a fervent desire to bring a boundless kaleidoscope of taste, texture, and colour into your life.

We pay homage to the culture, heritage and roots of Singapore.

Singapore's local flavours are diverse, rich, and vibrant, reflecting our country's melting pot of cultures and cuisines.

This became the inspiration for our 2023 dessert menu, in which the pastry team attempts to recreate the nostalgic tea time snack that would remind our fellow Singaporeans or transcend our international visitors to the childhood memories and cultural traditions that define Singapore.
