  • How long in advance do I need to place my order?

    For our retail cakes, please order at least 3 days in advance. For customized cakes, do order at least 7 days in advance via Whatsapp Business 6293 0329.

    I need a cake today!! Can you help?

    For any last minute orders, do Whatsapp Business 6293 0329. We cannot promise availability or delivery, but we will surely try our best to make sure you have a cake!

    Can I pay upon collection?

    Payment will need to be made in advance prior to confirmation. You can either shop via our online store, or pay via PayNow to UEN 201414593C.

    Can I order through the phone?

    We are able to take orders through the phone. Do Whatsapp Business 6293 0329 and make payment via Paynow to UEN 201414593C to confirm your order.

  • Where can I collect my cake?

    For both retail and customised cakes, you can collect at Two Bakers’ 88 Horne Road or arrange a delivery at a fee.

    What do I need to bring upon collection?

    You will need to present an e-copy of your invoice upon collection. Kindly check your cake, message, candles & knives before leaving the store.

    From what time can I collect my cake?

    Collection timing will be between 11am to 5pm. You may make arrangement with us should you need to collect the cake earlier or later.

  • How do I make payment?

    Our online store accepts credit and debit card payments. We also accept Paynow, bank transfer, or in-store payment via cash or credit cards.

  • Do you provide delivery?

    For delivery, we engage a third party and delivery charges usually range from $12 onwards and is dependent on postal code. We do not provide same day delivery. Please order our food at least 2 days in advance. The timeslot available for delivery is 10am – 2pm (based on our operating days).

    You will need to ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the cake. You must also provide us with a mobile number for the driver to contact recipient directly.

    A re-delivery attempt will be charged at $25 per attempt.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We do not allow cancellation of orders after 24 hours when the order is placed.

    Can I postpone my order?

    For postponement of orders, the request needs to be sent in at least 3 working days prior to the collection date.

    If you have yet to decide on the postponed date, the amount will be credited to your account, which will be valid for 6 months.

  • Can you reduce the sugar for your cakes?

    Our cakes are all made with reduced sugar and we are unable to cut down on the sugar level as it will affect the texture, taste and the stability of the cake.

    Do you have cakes suitable for special dietary?

    We do not have any gluten-free, dairy-free nor eggless cakes in our menu at the moment.

    What are the sizes available?

    Our retail cakes come in 14 cm or 18 cm. We are able to made-to-order for customised cakes.

    What is the weight of your cake?

    Our cakes are not weighed, as different flavours may weigh differently. We recommend cake sizes based on serving size and you may view the serving guide from our product list.

    Is your studio halal?

    Our studio is not halal-certified but the ingredients used in our pastry kitchen are halal certified. No pork and No lard used.

    Can I customise my retail cake?

    Any changes to the existing retail cake designs in terms of colour and make, will not be recommended. Any request for changes would be classified under customisation and it will incur additional fee. Please email us and state your request prior to making the purchase. We will reply back within 1-2 working days to inform you if it can be done and the fee involved.

    Can I choose 2 retail cakes and tier them to make a two-tier cake?

    Our retail cakes are mousse cakes and there are structural issue to consider. For tiered cakes, they require a strong structure and foundation rather than just putting one on top of another. Do email us for more information on tiered cakes. The explanation can get rather technical and lengthy so it’s best for us to clarify via email.

  • Do you provide ice pack?

    We do not provide ice pack along with our cakes. We advise that you store the cakes in the fridge for 30 minutes after you received (delivery) or arrived home (self collect). Mousse cakes are best eaten chilled.

    Do I need to refrigerate the cakes?

    Our cakes are best consumed chilled. We recommend to put the cake in the refrigerator & take out 30 minutes before cutting.

    I can’t finish my cake, can I keep it overnight?

    We recommend consuming the cake on the day of collection. If you are unable to finish the cake, you may keep the remaining slices in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. You can even store in freezer for up to a week.
